Nestled on a hill overlooking the Aegean Sea and a natural reserve, just a stone’s throw from the charming village of Naoussa, is Luxury Villa Foyer. This stunning vacation home boasts five bedrooms, 5 1⁄2 bathrooms, and covers an impressive 308 SQM set on a 4000 square meter lot. With its uninterrupted views of the ocean, Foyer offers total peace and privacy.
Completed in 2023, this contemporary villa blends sleek modern design with Greek elegance, offering a secluded retreat by the village of Kostos, that’s just a short drive away from Naoussa (and 20 minutes from Parikia).
The villa has five fully equipped suites, each with its own full bathroom and TV. Three suites are in the main building, with the additional two on both sides of the swimming pool, offering each villa its own privacy. Villa Foyer can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Luxury Villa Foyer was designed to allow guests the highest level of amenities and comfort. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, as well as an outdoor kitchen space featuring a countertop with a sink, cabinets, a BBQ grill, and a shaded seating area by a gorgeous Carob tree.
The Kitchen is part of an open-plan living area that features a 12-seater dining table and a comfortable lounge with an HD TV. A guest bathroom is also available for your convenience.
From the living area you will access the outdoor patios, one on each side, each with a small indoor bubble pool. On the left-hand side is the Apollo Master suite, an extra-large suite with a king- size bed and an extended dressing/makeup area. On the right-hand side to the living area, you’ll find the Pegasus Suite with joined two single beds that can be separated, and the Athena Suite with a queen-size bed.
The living area opens to a large upper outdoor terrace with breath-taking views of the ocean and Naxos Island, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. A large table and a shaded area will allow you to enjoy the stunning views from the terrace.
Two staircases lead you down from the upper terrace to the lower terrace & pool area where two additional suites lie on either side of the pool. Each is equipped with a full bathroom, HD TV and a mini fridge. The outdoor area surrounding the pool features a large, shaded seating area, beach beds, sun umbrellas, and, of course, a beautiful infinity swimming pool.
Luxury Villa Foyer offers full WiFi coverage throughout the indoor and outdoor areas and a Bluetooth music system. The beautiful Middle Eastern-style Garden and large parking space, which can accommodate at least seven cars, complete the picture of the perfect vacation retreat.
