Luxury Villa Carina is a brand new spacious private 550 sq.m. estate, set in secluded plot with direct access to the beach via a private path. Recently completed in 2022, the villa accommodates a maximum of 14 persons and is spectacularly located on the south coast of Paros island, sheltered from the wind.

A brand new house, villa Carina boasts the latest modern fittings and furnishings for a luxurious stay, including gym, bar, heated jacuzzi and Sonos sound system. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV set and en-suite bathroom.

All bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, air conditioning, smart TV, built in closets, safe storage and telephony. The villa can accommodate large groups, with separate living area at basement level and a self contained staff apartment, while the extensive shaded exterior landscaped areas are ideal for socialising and dining.
