The villa has a panoramic view of the center of Mykonos overlooking Little Venice and the famous windmills. The internal and external spaces are drawn with luxury in mind, offering the guests the opportunity to enjoy all comforts while on vacation.

Located on a stunning plot of 5.700 sq.m., Luxury Villa Black Sapphire consists of one building site and offers a total living area of 600 sq.m. Built with the up most luxury elements, the villa offers the unique chance to enjoy comfort, elegance, relaxation, recreation and hospitality in the highest level.

The wonderful entrance level accommodates superb sitting rooms, a dining room, a kitchen and a WC.

On the upper level the villa features total three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. One independent guest suite with private entrance, as well as two more bedrooms within the main house.

At the ground level the villa features 4 bedrooms, all spacious with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. On the same level there is an adjoining indoor swimming pool / spa. There are also a room available for personnel, a large storage room and a boiler room.

The outdoors area hosts a magnificent swimming pool which leads to the sitting rooms and bedrooms. There are also outdoor sitting and dining areas under wooden pergolas and. private verandas for all the bedrooms and the guest room. The villa is accessed by a private road and parking area is provided.
